Nature's Nectress creates high quality skin and haircare products using organic, wildcrafted and natural ingredients. Our products are made in small hand- crafted batches; therefore, our products will be processed and shipped in 3-5 days from receipt of order.
While Nature’s Nectress strives to maintain it’s 3-5 day average time-to-ship we make no guarantees and will accept no liability nor honor any claim towards ruminative action stemming from a longer than average time-to-ship.

Nature’s Nectress business hours are Monday-Friday and honors all holidays honored by our preferred carriers.
If the shipping carrier provides a tracking number, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your address location. The weight of each product is displayed under the details section. The carrier services that we use request that all product weights be rounded up to the next whole pound. Before the final checkout page you will be shown the shipping cost and you will an opportunity not to place the order.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
Return & Refund Policy
Personal care products are exempt from returns unless there is evidence of manufacturing defect. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 14 days of purchase at firstname.lastname@example.org with details of the product and the defect. Shipping charges for all returns will be your responsibility and must be prepaid by you. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment or company issued check.
Please note that our products are handcrafted and made with organic butters, salts, sugars and oils whose consistency and texture can be altered by change in temperature which can occur during transport. Generally, if the product is placed in a cool dry environment, the item will return to the expect consistency.
